Pediatrician
I have been supporting the practice team since April 15, 2024 and would like to briefly introduce myself to you: I completed my studies in human medicine in Frankfurt from 2005-2011. I then began my specialist training at the Frankfurt University Hospital. During this time I had the opportunity to work in pediatric surgery under Prof. Rolle for 1.5 years and learn diagnostics and sonography as well as how to carry out minor surgical procedures.
In 2018 I completed my doctorate on the topic “Biomarkers of bronchial inflammation in cystic fibrosis patients” with Prof. Zielen. In the same year I also completed my specialist certification.
I then continued to work as a pediatrician at the university clinic, with my main field of work being in the special outpatient clinic for gastroenterology as well as allergology and pulmonology. Here I was responsible for carrying out stomach and colonoscopies from toddlers to children and for caring for chronic intestinal diseases, functional abdominal pain, food intolerances and food allergies.
My daughter was born in 2019 and my set of twins in 2021. I look forward to getting to know your children through my work in practice and accompanying them in their development.
